Developing a School-Wide Strategic Literacy Plan

A SLC consultant will conduct interviews with administrators and teachers, participate in classroom observations and review data to help identify the school’s strengths and challenges. Once data is collected, the associate will discuss targeted recommendations for a plan of action that will determine areas of need and help guide the work.
